When the business runs on spreadsheets, shared inboxes and tribal knowledge, growth just means more chaos. I design and build custom internal tools (dashboards, admin panels, portals and full SaaS) on Next.js and Postgres, with role-based access so everyone sees exactly what they need.

How the engagement runs
This is where architecture training shows most. A good tool starts with how people move through their day. I map roles, records and handoffs first, sketch the screens, then build in small releases your team uses from the first weeks, so the software bends to the process and not the other way round.

Questions people ask
Why not use Airtable, Notion or a no-code tool?
Often you should, and I'll say so. Custom tools make sense once you've outgrown them: complex permissions, lots of data, performance problems or a process no template fits.
Who owns the code and data?
You do. Everything is deployed under your own Vercel and database accounts, and the repository is yours.
How long does an internal tool take to build?
A focused dashboard or admin panel can ship in a few weeks. A multi-role platform takes longer and is delivered in releases, so your team starts using it early.
Can you add AI to the tool?
Yes: summaries, classification, smart search or drafting, built in where they save time, with costs tracked.
