AI voice agents that answer every call and know when to hand off

Missed calls are missed revenue. An AI voice agent can answer instantly, qualify the caller, book the appointment and log everything in your CRM, at 2pm or 2am. I build voice agents that sound natural, stay on script where it matters and pass the call to a person when they should.

Diagnosis

Sound familiar?

  1. 01

    Calls go to voicemail

After hours, at lunch, in the middle of a job. Most callers don't leave a message; they call the next business.

  2. 02

The front desk is buried in routine calls

Hours, pricing, directions, rescheduling. The same five questions, all day.

  3. 03

Leads wait too long for a callback

Web leads cool fast. Calling back tomorrow is often too late.

  4. 04

The last AI demo sounded robotic

It talked over callers, invented answers or couldn't actually book anything.

Scope

What I build

  • S-06.1

    Inbound AI receptionist

Answers, qualifies, handles FAQs and books straight into your calendar.

  • S-06.2

    Outbound speed-to-lead calls

Calls new web leads within minutes, then books or transfers the hot ones.

  • S-06.3

    CRM & calendar integration

Call summaries, transcripts, tags and bookings written straight to your CRM.

  • S-06.4

    Guardrails & hand-off

Tight instructions, approved answers and a warm transfer to a person when the call needs one.

  • S-06.5

    Call review & tuning

Review of real calls during launch, adjusting the agent until it handles them well.

  • S-06.6

    Consent & disclosure

AI disclosure, recording notices and opt-out handling built in, following the rules you operate under.

Method

How the engagement runs

A voice agent is only as good as the process behind it. Before writing a single prompt I map how calls are handled today (who answers, what callers ask, where bookings go) and design the agent to fit that flow, with a person always one transfer away. I've helped launch inbound voice agents on GoHighLevel with contact capture, sales hand-off and SMS fallback built in.

  1. 01

    Survey

I map how work actually moves today: every tool, handoff, spreadsheet and inbox. You get the map in writing before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Blueprint

A scoped plan: what gets automated, what stays human, what it connects to and what it will cost to run. You sign off before I build.

  3. 03

    Build

Delivered in stages your team can test with real data, with error handling and logging from day one rather than bolted on later.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation and a recorded walkthrough, so your team can run it and change it. Your accounts, your data, your system.

Questions

Questions people ask

Will callers know they're talking to AI?

They should, and in many places the law requires it. I set up a clear disclosure at the start of the call. In practice, callers care most about getting a fast, useful answer.

What happens when the AI can't handle a call?

It transfers to a person, takes a detailed message or books a callback, whichever you prefer. You define the triggers, like an upset caller or a question outside its script.

Can it book directly into our calendar?

Yes. The agent checks live availability, books into GoHighLevel, Google Calendar or your scheduling tool, and sends a confirmation.

Which voice AI platform do you use?

If you're on GoHighLevel, its built-in Voice AI is usually the simplest start, since contacts, calendars and follow-up already live there. When the agent needs to do more, I connect it to the rest of your stack with webhooks, n8n and Claude or OpenAI.

How much does a voice agent cost to run?

Most platforms charge per minute of conversation, plus a phone number. I estimate running costs from your call volume before we build.
